• Account and sign-in information — such as your name, email address, account identifier, and session information. If you choose Google or GitHub sign-in, the relevant provider may share identifiers and profile details you authorize.
• Creation information — prompts, selected generation settings, task status, and the generated video or image metadata associated with your account.
• Technical and usage information — device and browser details, IP-derived security signals, logs, and interactions needed to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.
• Support information — messages and details you submit through an in-product support request.
• Transaction information — where a paid feature is available, order and payment-status information supplied by the payment provider. We do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on our own servers.

Why We Use It

We use this information to provide sign-in, process generation requests, show your private creation history, secure the service, answer support requests, investigate failures or duplicate charges, and meet legal obligations where they apply.

Service Providers

We use providers for cloud hosting and storage, the selected AI generation model, OAuth sign-in, payments, and support tooling. They receive only the information needed to perform their role. Your prompt and selected settings must be sent to the AI provider you choose so it can process the requested generation. Generated media and related metadata are stored for your account in our service infrastructure and are not intended to be publicly accessible by default.

Retention and Your Rights

We keep account, creation, and support information for as long as reasonably needed to operate your account, keep the service secure, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of certain personal information. Submit an in-product support request to ask about these rights; we may need to verify your account before acting.

Security, Cookies, and International Processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections, access controls, and private storage for completed media. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Essential cookies and local browser storage keep you signed in, remember your language choice, and help the service function. Our providers may process information outside your country; where required, we take steps intended to support lawful cross-border processing.
