Acceptance

By creating an account or using aiseedance2.art, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

aiseedance2.art provides tools for directing and generating AI-assisted video and related media. Features, models, availability, and output quality can change as the service evolves. We may modify, pause, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for security, operations, or product development.

Your Account and Content

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You are also responsible for prompts, reference materials, and other content you submit, and must have the rights and permissions needed to use them. We process submitted content only as needed to provide and protect the service.

AI Output and Acceptable Use

AI output can be variable and may not be unique, accurate, available, or suitable for a particular purpose. Review output before using or publishing it, especially in commercial, regulated, or high-impact contexts. Do not use the service to break applicable laws, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, create harmful or illegal material, bypass security controls, access another account without authorization, or abuse or resell access without permission.

Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

You may not use the service to create, upload, request, or distribute content that:

• depicts or sexualizes minors, contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM), explicit sexual or NSFW material, or shows non-consensual intimate imagery;
• promotes graphic violence, gore, terrorism, self-harm, or instructions for illegal wrongdoing;
• threatens, harasses, dehumanizes, or targets people or protected groups with hateful content;
• impersonates a person, facilitates fraud or scams, invades privacy, doxxes someone, or enables unauthorized surveillance;
• uses a person's likeness or copyrighted or trademarked material without the necessary permission; or
• attempts to evade safety controls or otherwise violates applicable law.

This includes deceptive or harmful deepfakes and other synthetic media that could mislead, exploit, or endanger people. We may use automated and manual safeguards to detect, restrict, or remove prohibited content.

Reporting and Moderation

If you believe content or account activity violates these standards, report it to support@aiseedance2.art. Include the relevant page or account, a brief description, and supporting context when safe to do so; please do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information. We review reports and may remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve information, or cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. We may also take action when we identify a violation without receiving a report.

Credits, Payments, and Refunds

Some features may require paid credits or a subscription. Prices and the applicable usage cost will be displayed before payment or use where available. Our Refund Policy explains how we review refund requests, including technical failures and duplicate charges.

Suspension, Disclaimers, and Changes

We may restrict or suspend access when we reasonably believe an account violates these terms, creates a security risk, or harms other users or the service. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties about uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the suitability of generated output. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
